ELECTRIC STARTER
Check for continuity between each commutator bar and
the armature shaft.
There should be no continuity.
ASSEMBLY
Install the springs [1] in the brush holders

NO CONTINUITY:

Install the armature (1) into the bracket while holding the

Install a new gasket [1J onto the bracket [2).

Install the bracket and armature 13] to the motor case
magnetically (4] while holding the bracket side armature shaft
