Cylinder Head Cover Installation - Honda CRF110F Service Manual

INSTALLATION
Blow open the oil passage in the cylinder head cover [11
with the compressed air.
Make sure the rubber seal [1
J
is in
good
condition and
replace it
if
necessary.
Install the rubber seal into the groove on the cylinder
head cover [2].
Install the dowel pin [31.
Apply liquid sealant (Three bond 1215 or equivalent) to
the semicircular area
111
of rubber seat as shown.
Set
the cylinder head cover 111 onto the cylinder head.
Install the mounting rubbers [2) with their · UP· mart< [3J
facing up.
Install the special bolts [4] and lighten them to the
specified torque.
TORQUE : 10 N'm (1 .0 kgf-m . 7lbHt)
