Remove the clutch adjuster bolt
Pl.
Remove the following:
- Snap ring [1]
- Clutch lifter boss [2]
- Spring (3]
KICKSTARTER SPINDLE OIL SEAL

Check thai the kickstarter spindle oil seal [1] is in good

condition, replace it if necessary.
If replacing the oil seal, install it until it is fu lly sealed.
OIL PASSAGES
Blow open the oil passage of the righ t crankcase cover , - - - - -- -- - - - - - - - - - ,
wi th compressed air.
Check the oil passage for any clogs.
