KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS

A complete list of all key operator programs is provided below. These programs can
only be accessed by first entering the key operator code number.
If an optional Card Counter (SF-EA11) or Auditor (SF-EA12) is installed, key operator
programs 10, 11, 13, 14, 16 and 18 cannot be accessed by way of the copier keys. In
this case, settings for the auditing programs must be selected by using an optional
Counter Commander (SF-EA13). The operation of the SF-EA11, SF-EA12, and SF-
EA13 auditing system is described in a separate manual.

KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS
Function
Enables or disables the basic auditing mode, which
controls access to copier.
Displays the total number of copies made against
account numbers.
Resets all audit accounts or selectively resets
individual accounts.
Registers accounts, deletes accounts, changes an
account number, or displays all registered account
numbers.
Sets the maximum number of copies which can be
made against a registered account number.
Guards against trial and error entering of audit
account numbers.
Lightens or darkens copies in the automatic
exposure mode.
Sets a time interval after which the copier
automatically turns off.
Reduces toner consumption.
Sets a time interval after which the copier returns
to the initial settings.
Adds or changes a reduction or enlargement
preset copy ratio.
Sets the maximum number of copies that can be
selected.
Sets the initial margin shift values.
Sets the amount of the erase area.
Sets the copier's initial settings in the ready
condition.
Recalls the total copy counts of the copier,
document feeder, duplex module, and stapler.
