Chapter 3 Operating Modes
This section explains operation of the control panel in the BVE mode of the
MAV-777 and describes the information displayed on the control panel.
For more information about the BVE mode, see Volume I of this operation manual.
Materials can be easily copied in BVE mode with Load Copy. Use the
procedure below to copy materials.

In the Material mode load the material that you want to copy.
If the material that you want to copy is already loaded, place the cursor
above the material and the B1 (Load Copy) button is enabled.

Press the B1 (Load Copy) button.
The material is copied and the copied material is loaded to the
corresponding port.
For details about naming copied material, see Section 5-4, "Basic Operation in BVE
Mode" of Volume I of this Operation Manual.
When the operation areas on the MAV-777 become full, one of the following
messages appears on the LCD:
• Cut Entry Full. Press OK to Package.
• Edit Entry Full. Press OK to Initialize Files.
To continue editing when these messages appear, allocate additional work
space from the control panel.
You can do this by holding down the SHIFT key and pressing B7 (OK) while
the message is displayed on the LCD.

Mode" of Volume I of this Operation Manual.
In the BVE mode of the MAV-777, materials beginning with % is not
displayed because they are temporary files created automatically.
