5-2-4 Loop Playback

Performing loop playback

Press the PLAY button to start synchronized playback.
During synchronized playback, you can use jog or variable mode
playback.

To stop synchronized playback, press the STOP button.

To exit synchronized playback mode, simultaneously press both PORT
SELECT buttons that are lit.
If you press a PORT SELECT button that was not selected for
synchronized playback, the unit switches to that port but synchronized
playback mode is not canceled. If you press a PORT SELECT button for
one of the ports selected for synchronized playback, the unit re-enters
synchronized playback mode and the material of the selected button is
displayed in the current port area of the LCD.
You can set playback so that it starts at the beginning of a material, plays back
to the end, and restarts playback from the beginning in a continuous loop.
Notes
• Make sure that the material you set for loop playback is at least 1 second
long. If the material is shorter than 1 second loop playback may not be
executed correctly.
• Loop playback cannot be executed with material being recorded in loop
playback or with material designated as LIVEx in DTR mode.
• Loop playback cannot be used when the MAV-777 is in BVE mode.

In CP Setup mode, set menu item 0005: Playback Loading Option to Loop.
When you select "Individual", set CP Setup mode 5007, 5008, 5009: Play
Loading Option P1 (P2 or P3) to "LOOP".

Load the material and play it back.
You can use jog mode, shuttle mode, variable mode, REW, and F FWD
playback during loop playback.
During loop playback, LOOP is displayed in the current port area of the
LCD.
