Save the zip file.
Note: Make sure that the serial number in the zip file matches the serial number of the printer being restored.

Extract the contents of the zip file, open the Readme file, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
Notes:
•
Only reboot the printer when instructed to in the Readme file.
• If you are unable to access the administrative menus to verify that the printer is restored, then ask the
customer give you access.
