    Creating and managing forms Creating and managing forms Forms overview Electronic‑forms solutions integrate both electronic and hard‑copy documents, and let you create custom forms to create a dynamic document workflow for any business. The forms can be either printer-based or server-based. You can quickly design electronic forms, store them on a printer, automatically merge them with text files, and then print, fax, e-mail, or archive the output.

This setting 1–100 does not apply to forms jobs sent to the network ports. The default value is 4 seconds.

    Creating and managing forms Font limitations Windows fonts often contain more characters than the installed printer fonts. As a result, the printer may not print all the characters on a form. This is usually a problem only for characters that fall outside of the 0–255 character code range for nonstandard code pages.
