2-11-5. Sticking the SHEET EMI-CD to the CCD FPC

Purpose: To cover the CCD FPC with a conducting sheet to ensure that it makes contact with the CCD metal backing plate

2-11-6. Sticking K TAPE onto the relay PWB
Purpose: To prevent short-circuits and to lock the connector in place.
K TAPE
Pressure must NOT be
applied to this section.
Ensure that the conducting
sheet does not overlap this
section.
Ensure that the sheet
does not overlap this
absorbent pad.
Stick the sheet in place
so that it is aligned with
edge of the CCD FPC.
Stick the sheet so that it
is aligned with the CCD
FPC backing plate.
Apply the K TAPE (9 x 19 mm) so that it covers and hides all the connector pins.
(Cut a section of ZS00116-100 and apply.)
Apply the tape in a position where it hides all the LENS FPC backing.
2. Disassembly
Fold this section over.
• Make the section
exposed to GND as
large as possible.
• Ensure that it does
not protrude onto the
backing section.
