Errors occurring during SST startup
The machine is not supported.
Point: During SST start up.
Reason: When the SST was started on unsupported server or HW configuration.
Action: Use SST after turning off the power of the server and checking that the server
and HW configuration are supported by SST.
Unable to continue the installation because the system does not recognize a Hard Disk
Drive or Logical Drive.
Reason: The HDD is not found physically.
Action:

Check that the HDD(s) are operating correctly, by using HW diagnostic program.

Check that the HDD(s) are connected correctly.
3
Check that the SCSI cable is connected correctly.
4
Check that the BIOS configuration of SCSI and RAID is set up correctly.
Error occurring from incorrect operation
Point: During SST start up.
Action: Return to the main menu by pressing "S" key during start up.
