2.9.2 Technical Functions: Setup
1. This section explains items generally conducted by service personnel, not by users.
(1) Step access
1) The machine is standby state with no document.
2) Press the MENU/EXIT key once.
3) Press the RESOLUTION key twice.
The display will be shown the "TECHNICAL PRG.".
4) Press the SHIFT DOWN (¬) key.
The menu option "2 SETUP" indicated by the blinking cursor is selected, and press
the ENTER/SHIFT RIGHT (∅) key.
5) The display will be shown "SETUP".
6) You can access a desired function by switching among menus using SHIFT keys
( , ¬, ∅, ♦).
(2) Speed access
1) The machine is standby state with no document.
2) Press the MENU/EXIT key once.
3) Press the RESOLUTION key twice.
The display will be shown the "TECHNICAL PRG.".
4) Typing a speed access number in the "TECHNICAL PRG. XX" (XX: 01 to 45)
display allows you to bring up the setting or registration screen directly.
