Tips for self-help in the case of faults

Faults:
Machine does not fill.
Rinse water does not
spray!
Stripes and smears on the
dishes!
Formation of a significant
amount of foam in the
wash tank!

Rinse water mineral content too high
Unsuitable rinse aid products or wrong dosage quanti-
ty
Detergent for dish-washing by hand enters the wash
tank because of pre-cleaning the dishes
Daily cleaning is carried out with foaming cleansing
agents which afterwards enter the machine.
Improve pre-wash, as too much food residue is enter-
ing the tank. Alternatively, empty wash tanks between
uses.
Rinse water quantity too low
Detergent or rinse aid product not suitable
Temperatures too low < 40°C
