Place the primary base station at its final location.

Reboot the primary base station and verify the settings.

Place each Level 1 base station at its final location.

Configure each Level 1 base station and reboot.

Synchronize each Level 1 base station.

Repeat the process with each Level 2 base station.

Repeat the process with any base stations at Level 3 through Level 6.
