Enter the IP address and port of the Session Border Controller DNS or
the IPedge or Strata CIX system outbound proxy address. Use one of
these formats:
IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1)
{IPaddress}:{port} (e.g., 192.168.0.1:5060)
Domain name (e.g., nat.company.com)
{SIP address}:{port} (e.g., sip:nat@company.com:5065)
Enter the number of seconds that will determine the frequency of
handset re-registrations with the IPedge or Strata CIX system. Set the
Re-registration to 60.
If you want the base to send Keep Alive messages, select Enable.
They will be sent according to the frequency specified on the
Network Settings screen.
If you do not want the base to send Keep Alive messages, select
Disable.
Set the type of DTMF signalling to: RFC 2833: DTMF tones are sent via
data packets in a different Internet layer from the voice stream.
Set the priority to G711U. Click on any other codec that appears on the
list then Remove to remove the codec from the list. To restore the
codec list to its original values and order, click Reset.
