TRANSPORTING SNOWPLOW

WARNING
Position blade so it does not block
headlamp beam.
Do not change blade position while
traveling. You could suddenly lower blade
accidentally.
CAUTION
Transport speed should not exceed
45 mph (72 km/h). Further reduce speed
under adverse travel conditions.
NOTE: For MVP PLUS™ blades, use care
when driving or entering driveways with the
snowplow in the retracted (vee) position. The
outer ends of the cutting edges could contact
the ground.

OPERATING YOUR SNOWPLOW
NOTE: Always transport the WIDE-OUT™
snowplow with both wings fully retracted.
1. Completely raise the blade.
2. Adjust the blade height for maximum
snowplow headlamp illumination.
3. Adjust the blade to the straight position.
4. Turn the control OFF to lock the blade in
place.
NOTE: Overheating is unlikely under normal
driving conditions, but occasionally the
snowplow may be positioned where it defl ects
air away from the radiator. If this occurs,
stop the vehicle and raise, lower or angle the
snowplow slightly to correct overheating.
NOTE: Only the driver should be in the vehicle
cab when the snowplow is attached.
