The zeros ( 0 ) used in the above list mean that the equipment and/or system was not re-
quired for type certification for that kind of operation.
The asterisks (
be observed in determining whether the equipment and/or system are required.
According FAR Part 91 „General Operating and Flight Rules" each occupant of an US
registered airplane must wear an approved parachute when performing acrobatic
maneuvers.
Extra Flugzeugproduktions- und Vertriebs- GmbH considers acrobatics without wearing an
approved parachute to be unsafe.

NOISE LEVEL
The noise level with standard silencer has been established in accordance
a) with FAR 36 Appendix G, as 68,4 dB(A).
b) with ICAO Annex 16, as 73,1 dB(A).
No determination has been made by the LBA for the FAA that the noise levels of this
airplane are or should be acceptable or unacceptable for operation at, into, or out, any
airport.
