Adjusting the Display

Backlighting

The 3300's display has a light to illuminate the display in dimly lit areas.
To turn the backlight on or off, press:
56-key:
35-key:
The light also turns off when the 3300 is powered off.

Display Contrast

The contrast of the LCD display can be adjusted, making the display more readable
in different lighting conditions and at different viewing angles. Lightening and
darkening the display (decreasing and increasing contrast) is changed in steps.
To increase contrast (darken) one step:
