Connect DS3508-ER Serial Scanner to USB Port of the VC70 (Scan Handlers)

To connect DS3508-ER scanner to the VC70:
NOTE - Refer to the scanner Product Reference Guide for information on configuring the scanner.
- To be able to use Scan Handlers within the TelnetCE application, a set of Advanced Data Formatting (ADF)
rules are required. These rules will allow the application to recognize the data as scanned bar codes instead
of keyboard input.
Connect the USB scanner cable (PN 25-159548-01) to the scanner.

Connect the USB scanner cable to USB 1 or USB 2 connector of the VC70.

Open Microsoft WordPad and scan the following barcode. Verify a correct reading.
