Add "Computer Management"

click Computer Management, and then click
Add.

selected
Verify that Local Computer (default setting) is
selected, and click Finish.
Add "Group Policy" snap-in

click Group Policy, and then click Add.
Step 7. Verify the Local Computer is
selected

selected in the Group Policy Object dialog
box, and then click Finish.
