Drive circuit of transport motor

The transport motor (M9) is a DC brushless motor. At color printing modes with thick paper or OHP film,
the transport speed is lowered to 1/2 or 1/3 depending on its mode for most effective fusing.
The following is the block diagram of the transport motor (M9).
