7. Pickup coil resistance
Disconnect the pickup coil coupler
from the wire harness.
Connect the pocket tester (Ω 100) to
the pickup coil coupler.
Tester (+) lead →
BI/Y Terminal
Tester (- ) lead→
B/R Terminal
Check the pickup coil has the
specified resistance.
Primary coil resistance:
168 -252Ω (20℃)

9.Engine stop switch ( for USA
model)

10.Wiring connection
Check the connection of the
entire ignition system
Refer to "CIRCUIT DIAGRAM".

Replace the igniter unit.

Replace the pickup coil.

Replace the main switch
