2.4.9 SIM Card (Netbiter EC350 only)
Netbiter SIM card
The EC350 will automatically detect a Netbiter SIM card and apply the correct APN set‐
tings for connection with Netbiter Argos. No further SIM card configuration is needed.
Other SIM cards
To use any other SIM card, the following information is required:
• The phone number for the SIM card
• The Access Point Name (APN) to connect to
• User name and password (if required by the network operator)

SIM cards with active PIN codes cannot be used in Netbiter EC350. The PIN code
cannot be disabled in the gateway or in Netbiter Argos. To disable the PIN code, put
the SIM card in a mobile phone and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Installing a SIM card
1. Insert the SIM card carefully into the EC350 as shown in the figure.
Observe the position of the cut‐off corner and the contact surfaces.
2. Push the SIM card firmly down into the holder until it clicks into place.
To remove the SIM card, press the edge of the card and relase it.

When inserting the SIM card, make sure that it does not accidentally slip behind the
SIM card holder.
