This chapter describes how to register
the source of your TV signal, as well
as how to scan in your TV channels.

Scan in TV channels

Select video signal type

If you have selected RF in the CONNECTIONS
menu, you can enter the source of your TV
video signals.
To scan in TV channels...
> Press TV to switch on the television.
> Press MENU to bring up the main menu.
to highlight OPTIONS and press GO to
> Press
bring up the menu.
> Press
to highlight CONNECTIONS and press
GO to bring up the menu.
to highlight RF and press GO to bring
> Press
up the menu.
> Use

to select CABLE, CABLE BOX,
ANTENNA or OFF.
> Press GO to store the setting. If you have
selected CABLE or ANTENNA, scanning begins
immediately. If you have selected CABLE BOX,
you can then register your cable box in a menu,
as described to the right.
Note that if you select OFF, you must register a
source in the CONNECTIONS menu as TV if you
wish to switch on the television using the TV
button on Beo4. For further information about
the CONNECTIONS menu, refer to the chapter
'Register additional video equipment' on page 30.

SETUP menu. For further information about the
CHANNEL SETUP menu, refer to the chapter 'Edit
TV channels' on page 40.
