If ...
You want to store the channel
you are currently watching in a
Favourite list ...
There is no signal, the picture is
poor, or several channels are
missing ...
There is no picture when you
switch to DTV or the system
seems to 'lock' on one channel ...
There is no sound while watching
a programme ...
Then ...
Note the channel number of the channel you wish to add to your
Favourite List.
Bring up the ATSC main menu>CHANNEL>FAVOURITE
CHANNEL.
Find the channel you want, and add it as described in the menu.
Check the signal strength in the ATSC main
menu>CHANNEL>SIGNAL STRENGTH (for further information,
see page 54).
If the strength is too poor, check your antenna or cable
installation or contact your installer.
Switch your television to standby and wait until the standby
indicator turns red, then switch on again.
If the problem persist, disconnect your system from the mains
and check connections, then reconnect to the mains.
If this does not solve the problem, contact your Bang & Olufsen
retailer.
If the selected audio language is not available from the
programme provider, there is no sound in the speakers. Press the
green button on the remote control to change audio language.
Or, bring up the ATSC main menu>SETUP>SOUND>MULTI-
TRACK SOUND to change the setup for the audio language (for
further information, see page 57).
