Identify the cable box

If you have connected a cable box to the
television, you must register the connection
in the CABLE BOX SETUP menu.
> Press to highlight the name of your cable box.
> Press GO to store the setting. You can then
enter the output channel for the cable box.
When you connect an RF cable box, remember to
leave it switched on at all times.

When you have registered the specific cable
box, enter the output channel for the type of
cable box and test whether you can change
channels on the box.
When the menu for your cable box appears ...
> Press or to select the channel number that
corresponds to the output channel set on your
cable box. Select CH2, CH3, CH4, CH5 or CH6.
> Press to highlight CH TEST and press
to test whether you can change channels on the
box.
> If you can not change channels on the cable
box, repeat the first two steps. Otherwise...
> ... press GO to store your settings.
