ROCKER ARM AND ROCKER ARM SHAFT
REMOVAL
1. Remove:
: Camshaft 1
: Collar (camshaft) 2
NOTE:
Use 10 mm bolt 3 to remove the camshaft.
2. Remove:
: Rocker arm shaft (intake)
: Rocker arm shaft (exhaust)
NOTE:
Attach a rocker arm shaft puller bolt 1 and
weight 2 to the rocker arm shaft and slide out
the shaft.

Weight:
90890-01084

CAMSHAFT INSPECTION

1. Inspect:
: Cam lobes
Pitting/Scratches/Blue discoloration !
Replace.
2. Measure:
: Cam lobes length A and B .
Out of specification ! Replace.
Cam lobes length:
Intake:
A 36.537
<Limit: 36.45 mm>
B 30.13
<Limit: 30.05 mm>
Exhaust:
A 36.577
<Limit: 36.49 mm>
B 30.214
<Limit: 30.13 mm>
3. Inspect:
: Camshaft oil passage
Stuffed ! Blow out oil passage with com-
pressed the air.
