SHIFT SHAFT REMOVAL

1. Remove:
: Shift shaft assembly 1
NOTE:
Push the shift lever arm 2 and the stopper lever
3 to the arrow direction and remove them from
the segment.

SHIFT SHAFT INSPECTION

1. Inspect:
: Stopper lever
2. Inspect:
: Torsion springs (stopper lever and shift arm)
3. Inspect:
: Shift shaft assembly 1
: Shift lever 2

SEGMENT INSTALLATION

1. Install:
: Segment 1
: Dowel pins 2 (short length)
: Dowel pin 3 (long length)
NOTE:
Install the dowel pin 2 (long length) into the
hole beside the match mark a position.

Roller turns roughly ! Replace.
Bends/damage ! Replace.
Wear/damage ! Replace.
Bends/wear/damage ! Replace.
