Preparing a Hard Drive for Installation

To prepare a hard drive for installation, you must first verify that the SCSI ID
jumpers on the drive controller board are set correctly. After you are satisfied that
the SCSI ID jumpers are correct, follow the directions later in the chapter for
installing the hard drive.
