3.11 Modifying Room Status using the Code-Number
Procedure
When the cleaning staff have prepared the room for the next guest, they can
modify the new status (from "to clean" to "empty") using a code-number pro-
cedure via the room telephone.
To do this, they must enter on the room telephone:

The modification of the occupation status is immediately displayed on the room
overview of the OpenHotel program and on the reception telephone.
