Sets the fan mode
(Normally, set this to OFF and use the automatic control)
OFF: Temperature increase inside the unit is detected and the fan is
automatically controlled
ON: The fan is controlled by the fixed voltage (8 V)
(For the operation check of the fan)

OFF : It returns to OFF when the main power is turned on
S/N : S/N ratio measurement mode
