System Hold

Floating Hold

System Hold

You can place either an outside or intercom call on System Hold. You can retrieve a call placed on
System Hold from any extension that has a line appearance for the held call.
Operation
To place a call on System Hold:
1. While on a call, press the HOLD key.
To retrieve a call placed on System Hold:
1. Press the HOLD key.
To retrieve a held call on a specific trunk:
1. Lift the handset or press the ON/OFF key.
2. Enter the Specified Trunk Answer code (default = *0).
3. Enter the trunk number.
