Section 700 - Operation
Once VM/TRF is pressed, the user can dial up to 10 digits before completing the transfer.
If a user begins to perform the voice mail transfer and the extension cannot hold a call (one call is
already on non-appearance hold, for example), the system will keep the call in the talk state and
will not allow the voice mail transfer to be initiated.
If the VM/TRF key stores a number other than a voice mail extension number, the system does
not send DSS/BLF information or the extension number that is dialed after pressing VM/TRF.

VoIP TRK Line

Description
A VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) Trunk line provides up to 16 voice channels over
LAN/WAN lines.
The 8-channel VoIP-TRK/8 (Voice over IP Trunk) card is equipped with one CODEC/8
voice processing unit. One additional CODEC/8 unit (VB-445801) can be mounted on the
card to provide 16 voice channels.
The VoIP-TRK card must be installed in selected flexible card slots, depending the
number of channels it is configured for and other factors. For more information, see
Section 300 - Installation.
The card connects to a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet Local Area Network (LAN) with an RJ-45
connector.

LAN/WAN network with sufficient bandwidth
