Packer Not Working?

If the packer does not cycle:
Read warning message on the display monitor. Refer to Table 1 in chapter 3 for a list of solutions.

Ensure the hydraulic system is engaged.
2.
Pump switch on the control panel must be green-lighted (see Figure 3-16).
Check the emergency red button (see Figure 3-25).

Pull it up if it has been pushed down.
Press the yellow button to ensure the packer is completely retracted (see Figure 3-27).
4.
Check around the packer for any obstruction preventing it from moving freely.

Check fuses and breakers on the console as well as the fuse located next to the battery box.

Report your findings to the maintenance personnel.

Find an appropriate dump location. The truck must be on solid, level ground. Adequate
