External server authentication and account track settings can be
specified in Administrator mode, available from the Utility mode. Settings
should be specified by the administrator.
Note
If machine authentication settings have been specified with user
authentication, it can be synchronized with account track.
If user authentication and account track are synchronized, log on from
the user authentication screen to display the Basics screen. For details,
refer to "Controlling machine use with user authentication (machine
authentication) and account track synchronized" on page 3-51.
