FRONT FORK

REMOVAL

Securely support t h e motorcycle so there is
of
no danger it falling over.
1. Place the motorcycle on a level place.
2.Elevate the front wheel by placing suitable
stand under the engine.
3.
Remove:
Caliper assembly
Brake hose holder
4. Disconnect:
Speedometer cable
NOTE:
Do not depress the brake lever w h e n the
wheel is off the motorcycle otherwise the
brake pads will be forced shut.
5. Loosen:
Pinch bolt (wheel axle)
6. Remove:
Wheel axle
Front wheel assembly
7. Remove:
Front fender
Fork brace
8. Remove:
Fork cap
Depress the valve
been released.
