4. Bleed the air completely from the clutch
system.
AIR BLEEDING
Bleed the clutch system
it:
The system has been disassembled.
0
A clutch hose has been loosened or removed.
The clutch fluid is very low.
clutch operation i s faulty.
1. Bleed:
fluid (brake fluid)
By the following steps.
Air bleeding steps :
a. Add proper brake fluid to the reservoir.
b. Install the diaphragm. Be careful not to
spill any fluid or allow the reservoir to over
flow.
c. Connect the clear plastic hose
bleed screw.
d. Place the other end of the tube into a
container.
e. Slowly apply the clutch lever several times.
f. Pull in the lever and hold it in position.
g. Loosen the bleed screw and allow the lever
to travel slowly toward i t s limit.
h. Tighten the bleed screw when the lever
has reached i t s limit, then release the lever
