@Check the steering stem by turning it lock
to lock. If there is any binding, remove the
steering stem assembly and inspect the
steering bearings
Install the washer
Install the ring nut (upper)
NOTE:
The tapered side of ring nut must face down-
ward.
tighten the ring nut
the slots of both ring nuts. If not aligned,
hold the lower ring nut
other until they are aligned.
Install the lock
NOTE:
Make sure the lock washer tab i s placed in the
slots.
