Items to be checked
• Check whether the machne head s tlted
wthout turnng OFF the power swtch (sew-
ng machne operaton s prohbted for safety
sake).
• Check whether the fall detecton swtch cord
s caught n the sewng machne or the lke.
• Check whether the fall detecton swtch lever
s caught n somethng.
• Check whether the contact of the tlt detec-
ton swtch lever wth the machne table s
nadequate. (The table has a dent or the
mountng locaton of the bed strut s too far.)
• Check the machne-head tlt detector's con-
nector (CN48) for looseness and slp-off.
• Check whether the machne head corre-
sponds wth the machne type settng.
• Check whether the motor encoder connector
s dsconnected.
• Check whether the tape cutter devce s con-
nected properly.
• Check whether the pneumatc pressure s
adequate.
• Check whether the tape cutter devce s
properly assembled.
• Check whether the pneumatc pressure s
adequate.
• Reset all data on the functon settng to the
default values referrng to "Intalzng the
functon settng data" n the Engneer's Man-
ual.

heated. (CTL crcut board asm. Crcut s
broken.)
