2.5-inch Hard Disk Drive

The Hard Disk Drive (HDD) is a random access non-volatile storage device. It has a non-
removable 2.5-inch magnetic disk and mini-winchester type magnetic heads.
The T1950/T1950CS supports a 120 or 200 MB HDD. The T1950CT supports a 200 or
320 MB HDD.
A T1950 Series HDD is shown in Figure 1-5, and specifications are listed in Table 1-2.
