Procedure 4 Diagnostic Test Program Execution Check
The HDD test program is stored in the T1900/T1900C Diagnostics Disk. Perform all of the
HDD tests in the Hard Disk Drive Test. Refer to Chapter 3, Tests and Diagnostics, for more
information about the HDD test program.
If an error is detected during the HDD test, an error code and status will be displayed; perform
Check 1. The error codes and statuses are described in Table 2-5. If an error code is not
generated, the HDD is operating properly.

Check 1 Replace the HDD unit with a new one following the instructions in Chapter 4. If
the HDD is still not functioning properly, perform Check 2.
Check 2 Replace the lower system board following the instructions in Chapter 4.
