To select the DIAGNOSTIC TEST menu from the DIAGNOSTICS MENU, set the
highlight bar to 1, and press Enter. The following menu appears:

DIAGNOSTIC TEST MENU :
1 - SYSTEM TEST
2 - MEMORY TEST
3 - KEYBOARD TEST
4 - DISPLAY TEST
5 - FLOPPY DISK TEST
6 - PRINTER TEST
7 - ASYNC TEST
8 - HARD DISK TEST
9 - REAL TIMER TEST
10 - PCMCIA TEST
88 - FDD & HDD ERROR RETRY COUNT SET
99 - EXIT TO DIAGNOSTICS MENU
Refer to Sections 3.4 through 3.13 for detailed descriptions of Diagnostic Tests 1
through 10. Function 88 sets the floppy disk drive and hard disk drive error retry
count. Function 99 exits the submenus of the Diagnostic Test and returns to the
Diagnostic Menu.

Select the option you want to execute and press Enter. The following message
appears:
