Description, Instructions
To print as usual, select Print. Selecting Print (Auto Del) will
print the job and then delete the data from the printer's hard
disk. Selecting Save: Box 01 will only save the print job in
the box, without printing it.
A setting for jobs received from software other than the print-
er driver. When using the printer driver, configure settings on
the printer. Select On to print the job after it has been saved.
Select Off to print without saving jobs in the box shared
among multiple users.
Selecting Off prevents display of the log in Job Menu > Job
Log. Additionally, the log is not printed if you choose Job
Menu > Print Job Log. Note that because job logs are not
collected, the Status Monitor accounting functions will not
work correctly.
Select this option when transferring the printer to another lo-
cation. Follow the instructions displayed to complete the re-
quired procedure. (See "Preparing to Transfer the Printer.")

Not displayed during a warning message that the remaining
Maintenance Cartridge capacity is low.
By setting a password, you can restrict menu display and
configuration as follows. You can input between 0 and
9999999.

Choose OK to restore the Admin. Menu password to the de-
fault values.
Displayed when you have selected Feed Priority > Adj. Pri-
ority > Automatic or Print Quality. Fine-tune the feed
amount manually.
Indicates the current paper size, type, and related printer set-
tings.
Indicates ink levels and maintenance cartridge capacity.
Indicates the model name, serial number, number of days
used, and dot count of the current printhead.
