• Place the lamp housing in the transmitted light
lamp housing receptacle (11.2) and fasten it
with the clamping screw on the side.
• Connect the lamp housing to the power supply.

6.6.3 Lamp Housing 106z*

Caution!
Unplug the power plug and the power supply
before replacing the lamp or during assem-
bly.
Caution!
During assembly work on xenon burners,
always wear the protective gloves and face
protection supplied (Fig. 14) (risk of explo-
sion).
Never touch the glass parts of the burner
with bare hands.
Never look directly into the beam path (blind-
ing hazard).
This lamp housing 106z is used with various gas
discharge lamps.
Caution!
Make sure to follow the instructions and
safety notes of the lamp supplier.
Before changing lamps allow at least 30 min-
utes for cooling down!
Caution!
The lamp and the lamp housing may still be
hot.
