ROCKER ARM SHAFT 0 .0.
Measure the diameter of rocker arm shaft with a micrateter.
Standard : 11 .973 - 11 .984 mm(0 .4714 - 0 .4718 in)
09900 · 20205 : Micromete r (0 - 25 mm)
ROCKER ARM 1.0.
When checki ng the valve rocker arm , the inside dia meter
of the valve rocker arm and wear of the camshaft contact-
ing surface should be checked.
Standard : 12.000 - 12.018 mm (0.4724 - 0.4731 in)

ROCKER ARM AND SHAFT REASSEMBLY
• Apply SUZUKI MOLY PASTE to the rocker arm shafts.
99000· 25140 : SUZUKI MOLY PASTE
• Insert the rocker arm sha fts with their threaded hole end
positioned outside .
• Tighten each rocker arm shaft bolts to the specified
torque .
Tightening torque: 25 - 30 N 'm
(2.5 - 3 .0 kg·m. 18.0 - 21 .5Ib·lt)
NOTE:
Use new g8sket on the set bolt
CD.
DE·COMP. SHAFT REASSEMBLY
• ApplV SUZUKI MOLY PASTE to the de·comp. shaft.
99000·25140 : SUZUKI MOLY PASTE
• After inserting the de-compo shaft. tighten its bolt to the
specified torque .
Tightening torque : 8 - 12 N-m
(0 .8 - 1.2 kg·m .6 .0 - 8 .5 Ib·lt)
NOTE:
Use new gasket
®
on the set bolt.
