rag
over
the
cylinder
base to
prevent
the
piston pin
circlips from
dropping into
crankcase.
Remove
the piston pin
circlips with
long-nose
pliers
.

Remove the
piston
pin
with a proper drift
.
•
Loosen the magneto rotor nut with
a 27
mm
box-end
wrench
.
•
Remove the magneto rotor
with
the
special
tooL
099

Remove
the
key
CD.
•
Remove the
clutch
cover.
•
Remove
the clutch spring
mounting bolts
diagonally.
•
Remove the pressure plate
along with
the
clutch release
bearing and rack
.
•
Remove the
several c
lutch drive
and driven plates.
