INSTALLING THE TRANSMISSION

1. Install:
• stopper lever shaft
• stopper lever
• reverse idle gear 1

• drive axle assembly 2
• secondary shaft 3
• shift fork assembly 4
• shift drum 5
NOTE:
_
Install the shift forks 6 with the "L" mark a
and "R" mark b facing towards the left and
a
right sides of the crankcase respectively.

2. Check:
• shift operation
NOTE:
_
• Oil each gear and bearing thoroughly.
• Before assembling the crankcase, make

Unsmooth operation → Repair.
sure that the transmission is in neutral and
that the gears turn freely.
