Description
iPECS Phone users can be configured in the system to record all calls to a mailbox or the hard disk
drive of an iPECS Phontage or UCS Client.

Operation
Recording of calls is automatic when assigned.
To manage the recordings, use the procedures outlined in the Phontage or UCS Client User Guide.
Conditions
1. The Phontage or UCS Client can record one call at a time and must be idle. While recording, if
the Phontage or UCS Client places or receives a call, recording terminates.
2. When call recording begins, the station will receive a Call Recording confirmation tone.
3. A remote Phontage or UCS Client will not support call recording.
