From the Frame Rate list under Basic Settings , set the appropriate frame

rate for the video format to which you are rendering. For example, if you are
rendering to 1080i @ 29.97 fps format, set the frame rate to 29.97.
From the Source Range list in the Source Panel , select the range you want

to export, such as Work Area .
Click Queue to send your export request to Adobe Media Encoder, or click

Export
to immediately start your export.
