Powering Matrox MXO2 You can power MXO2 using an AC outlet via the external power supply, or using a battery via the Matrox battery power cable. For battery requirements and guidelines, see your Matrox MXO2 Installation and User Guide. ²Caution Matrox will not be held responsible for damages caused to your MXO2 system or connected hardware resulting from a non-Matrox-approved or faulty battery. -

Connect MXO2 to your Mac Pro or MacBook Pro using the MXO2 PCIe cable. ¡ Important For MXO2 to be detected on a Mac Pro system, power must be supplied to MXO2, and it must be connected to your Mac Pro before starting your computer. -
