FAX/MFC Settings and Activity

You can print the following lists and reports:
1.TRANSMIT REPOR
2.JOURNAL
3.QUICK-DIAL
4.TEL.INDEX
5.SYSTEM SETUP
6.MEMORY STATUS

To Print a Report

Press Menu/Set, 7.

Enter the number (see list above) of the report you want to print. For example, press
4 to print the SYSTEM SETUP.
For Journal, press 2 and also press
Menu/Set.

Press Start.

Press Stop to exit.

Choose to print a Transmission Verification
Report after each fax you send.
Journal lists infomation about the last 15
(FAX-645), 30 (FAX-685MC and MFC-960MC)
incoming and outgoing faxes. TX means
Transmit, RX means Receive.
Lists names and numbers stored in One Touch and
Speed Dial memory, in numerical order.
Quick-dial list (above), alphabetically.
Lists settings for INITIAL SETUP, SETUP
RECEIVE, SETUP SEND, PRINT REPORTS,
TEL SERVICE, REMOTE FAX OPT (for
FAX-645 only) and SETUP MSG CTR (for
FAX-685MC and MFC-960MC only).
Lists summary information and amount of
memory in use.
